We got tired of bad hosting. So we built our own.
Zoophost is run by a small Indian team that has hosted the country's websites since 2020 — and decided the status quo wasn't good enough anymore.
Our story
From reselling panels to building a platform
For years we watched the same story repeat: a business buys hosting at a great intro price, the site gets slow as the server gets crowded, renewal day arrives with a 4× price hike, and support is a chatbot reading knowledge-base articles at you.
We know because we were inside that industry — hosting websites for Indian businesses since 2020, on other people's platforms. So we rebuilt the whole thing: modern container infrastructure with an API for every action, NVMe storage as the baseline, provisioning that runs itself the moment you pay, and a support line answered by the people who run the boxes.
That's ZoopHost. Hosting the way it should have been when servers learned to virtualize — priced honestly for India, and boring in all the right ways.
