Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zoophost services, including shared hosting, VPS and cloud servers, domain registration and related add-ons. By ordering a service, you agree to them.

This is a plain-language summary of our intent: be fair, be clear, and treat customers the way we'd want to be treated. Where a specific product has extra conditions (for example, domain registry rules), those apply on top of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have your legal guardian's consent, to open an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may ask you to verify your identity or billing details (including GST information where applicable) before activating or renewing certain services.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards and netbanking.

Plans renew automatically at the standard rate for the product unless you cancel beforehand. We'll email a renewal reminder before any charge; for subscriptions set up as UPI Autopay mandates, the mandate terms shown at checkout apply and you can cancel the mandate at any time.

If a card charge fails or a mandate is revoked and payment cannot be collected, services may be suspended and, after a grace period, terminated with data deletion.

You may not use our services for unlawful content or activity, including but not limited to: malware distribution, phishing, spam or unsolicited bulk email, hosting content that infringes others' rights, crypto mining on shared platforms, or attacks against other networks.

We investigate abuse reports and may suspend services that harm other customers or third parties while we work with you on a resolution. Illegal activity is reported to the relevant authorities.

We target 99.95% availability for hosting and VPS services, measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance and force-majeure events. If we miss the target in a month, contact support to discuss a service credit.

Domain registration availability, renewal and transfer timelines depend on registry policies beyond our control; we'll always help you navigate them.

You retain ownership of everything you host with us. You're responsible for keeping your own copies of your data — backups we provide are a safety net, not an archive, and we recommend off-site copies for anything critical.

If your account is terminated for abuse or non-payment, we may delete hosted data after the notice period stated in the suspension email.

You can cancel any service from your console or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; see our refund policy for what's refundable.

We may terminate services for material breach of these terms after notice, or immediately where the breach involves illegal activity or harm to our infrastructure or other customers.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
