Account data: your name, email address, phone number and billing address, plus GST details if you provide them for invoicing.

Service data: the services you order, payment method metadata (we never store full card numbers — payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant gateways), and technical logs such as IP addresses and support communications.

Content you host: we do not inspect or mine the content of your websites, email or servers except to security-check for abuse, to respond to a support request you raised, or where legally required.

To provide and support the services you buy: provisioning servers, sending invoices, renewing SSL certificates and answering tickets.

To keep the platform secure: abuse detection, DDoS mitigation and fraud prevention.

To meet legal obligations under Indian law, including tax and record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only with processors that help us operate: payment gateways, domain registries and reseller platforms (to register and manage your domains), email delivery providers, and our infrastructure partners. Each receives only what's needed for their function.

We may disclose data where required by law or a valid legal process, and will notify you unless legally prohibited from doing so.

This storefront uses only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and the site working — no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep account and billing records for as long as Indian tax law requires (typically 8 years for invoices). Technical and support logs are retained for up to 24 months. You can request deletion of other personal data at any time, subject to those legal minimums.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent, at any time — email us and we'll act within 30 days.

We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable IT Act rules. If you have a privacy concern we can't resolve, you may escalate to India's Data Protection Board once operational.

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, two-factor authentication options, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfect; if you believe something's wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.
